My dad (Kenneth Rogers): Born in Twin Falls and raised in Nampa, Idaho, my dad's journey took an unexpected turn when he was called to serve an LDS mission in El Salvador. Little did he know that this decision would change the course of his life forever. My dad's approach to life - steady, calculated, and full of faith - has been a guiding light for our family.

My mom (Delmy Rogers): Originally from Santa Tecla, El Salvador, my mom's story is one of incredible courage. From her family's conversion to the LDS Church as a child, to moving to the United States with just $20 in her pocket and a prayer in her heart, my mom's resilience never ceases to amaze me. Her ability to adapt, her unwavering faith, and her huge heart have shaped our family in countless ways.

Together, they've created a beautiful bicultural family, showing me and my siblings what it means to live with fresh courage every day. Their story isn't just about love - it's about faith, perseverance, and the unexpected ways life can unfold when you're open to new experiences.
